Virtual Guide: Shaniya of Bound2Bearth Doulas This course is designed to simply help expecting mothers gather their thoughts on how to create a birth plan. Those last few weeks of pregnancy tend to be unpredictable and full of anticipation of meeting your newest addition to the family. Sometimes its easy to forget the 'plan' when the time comes and that is why I am here!  We will cover different things that are sure to come up in your last trimester. Topics including: 🔺 Who do you want to be a part of your child’s birth ? 🍼 Pain interventions (both medical and non-medical) 🔺Where do you want to give birth. We will also go into detail about the pros and cons of each location. 🍼 Placenta Care And much more! What will you need? Zoom Application (Only for Live Classes) Fresh Notebook Web Camera (Optional for Live Classes ) We would love to see you during the class and we will do quick roll call! We ask you to have a camera but if you feel more comfort in not using one it Is NOT mandatory. We will cover plenty topics so we encourage a pen and paper or a tablet We will breeze through the class and everyone is encouraged to keep notes of their questions. At the end of the class you are asked to email those questions and I they will be personally answered! Cancellation Policy

Clients can cancel within 48 hours with a refund . If canceled or rescheduled deposit is non refundable . You have 7 days to reschedule without losing your deposit. (You can ONLY book 7 days from original appointment otherwise new appointment and deposit must be provided)
